Why Viking is worth repairing.
Viking ranges are heavily built and the chassis outlives the electronics by a wide margin, so most of what we do is igniters, hinges, fan motors and boards on a body with plenty of life left. Door hinges are the signature wear item. Once a Viking oven door stops sealing, the oven chases temperature, the thermostat gets blamed, and the actual fix is a hinge set.

Viking repair questions.
My Viking oven runs cold. Is that the thermostat?
Sometimes, but check the door first. Viking oven doors sag as the hinges wear, and a door that no longer seals will make a perfectly good thermostat look faulty. We test the seal and calibrate before replacing anything.
Do you service Viking refrigeration as well as ranges?
Yes, including built-in and under-counter units, wine storage and the ice makers inside them.
Are Viking parts still available for older models?
For most Professional series units, yes. We check availability against your model number before quoting, and we tell you up front if a part is discontinued.
